📋 Description

• Help clients upgrade from outdated systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Evaluate client business processes across warehouse management, procurement and sourcing, production control, retail, master planning, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, forecasting, marketing, sales, and customer service • Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 based on best practices • Migrate client data from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Infuse AI solutions into system design where possible • Facilitate mock go-lives to prepare clients for implementation • Provide hands-on customer training for Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Travel to client sites as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field • GPA of 3.25+ • Relevant experience in business systems, analytics, procurement, accounting, etc.; internships count • Exposure to data visualization tools, AI, or low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Excel scripting) • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to lead client-facing discussions • Preferred minor or coursework in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar technical disciplines
