📋 Description

• Provide senior program management leadership for one or more Convenience Retail Programs, Solutions, or Portfolio programs • Drive end-to-end, on-time delivery from requirements identification and design through engineering development, verification, integration, and production deployment • Support projects and programs from post-initiation and scoping through delivery • Support engineering teams and release trains by coordinating cross-functional teams, product groups, geographies, and business operating processes • Provide hands-on Agile program management for complex programs with budget responsibilities • Prepare communication plans, program status reports, presentations, and customer communications • Apply internal development processes based on SAFe and VBS standards • Lead or support PI Planning, including product management asks, dependency identification, cross-functional agreements, and commitment planning • Identify and address program risks and technical pitfalls • Manage program personnel and communicate with key stakeholders • Serve as the primary point of contact for program, solution, or portfolio program issues • Oversee the program life cycle across development, field trials, and production releases • Interact with Product Management, Product Owners, executive leadership, key stakeholders, and external customers • Manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery of commitments, deliverables, and milestones

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent experience managing technical Programs • Experience in product development or business analysis with extensive cross-functional exposure preferred • Fluent in English • Distributed and multicultural team management experience • Ability to lead a portfolio of related programs or projects, or large programs with substantial resource requirements, risk, and complexity • Preferred candidates will sit in EST
