📋 Description

• Understand the VoriOS system end to end and interdependencies between the system and its integration components • Understanding Customer’s needs to define and configure system specifications • Configure and maintain data mappings and reconciliation as an integral part of our operations team • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment and work closely with Operations, Product, Engineering teams on how to improve workflows and systems end to end

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech • Hybrid skillset — strong backend/data engineering fundamentals + ability to interact directly with customer IT teams. • Domain awareness — familiarity with unstructured data, ETL processes and ML/OCR pipelines. • Customer empathy — comfort in troubleshooting messy, high-pressure customer environments. • Bias for autonomy — capable of managing extraction, ingestion, and pipeline tuning with minimal guidance. • SQL, Regex and scripting proficiency and willingness to learn new technologies.
