📋 Description

• Lead analysis of client marketplace and brand data • Apply SQL, R, Python, Power BI, and proprietary platforms to drive insights, automation, and measurable value • Lead development and adoption of data science best practices across the eControl platform and processes • Mentor a data science and analytics team • Partner with legal teams to understand eControl methodologies and identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and automation • Drive thought leadership through research initiatives supporting business growth and competitive advantage • Design and implement scalable data science frameworks • Collaborate with engineering and architecture leadership on data and technology strategy integration • Lead complex cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and measurable impact • Champion data-driven decision-making across client engagements and internal initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a closely related STEM discipline • 4 years of experience in predictive analytics, advanced statistical modeling, and related methodologies • 4 years of experience in SQL, R, Python, or other statistical software for developing client-facing analytical solutions • 3 years of hands-on experience applying AI and Machine Learning techniques to solve business problems • 3 years of experience with Big Data concepts, tools, and architecture, such as data warehouses and data lakes • 3 years of experience using data visualization tools, such as Power BI and Tableau, and building customer-facing UIs • 3 years of experience with the e-commerce ecosystem, including key marketplaces and platform dynamics • Authorization for employment in the United States
