📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and grow a small engineering team, including 1:1s, career development, feedback, and performance. • Own delivery across the frontend and backend, from planning through production support. • Own the team's workflow and operating cadence, such as sprint planning, release planning, roadmapping, and a regular rhythm of clear priorities and accountability. • Recruit, interview, and grow the team as we expand, and shape the engineering culture around it. • Partner with product owners, QA, dev/ops, and stakeholders to translate product goals into well-scoped work. • Communicate status, risk, and tradeoffs clearly to leadership. • Set and uphold technical direction alongside the team, guiding architecture decisions and long-term maintainability. • Contribute to design, code reviews, and implementation where it adds the most leverage, and be ready to step in when the team needs it.
