• Building relationships across the organization to promote the growth of pooled plan solutions • Attending and leading client, broker, advisor, TPA and consultant meetings • Providing training to local field teams • Attending industry conferences to build Voya brand and reputation • Partnering with Marketing to develop collateral helpful for growth in this space • Supporting implementation and client service on an “as needed” basis • Supporting onboarding of new team members
• 6+ years of sales/marketing success selling Retirement and preferable Multiple Employer products through brokers and consultants. • Extensive product knowledge in the pooled plan space, strong marketplace relationships, and be open to travel. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required • Series 6 and 63 licenses • Proven track record of sales success.
