📋 Description

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned sponsored plans • Resolve service and communication issues through direct interaction with plan sponsors, participants, TPAs, and internal functional teams, including money in, money out, and technical services • Participate in relationship management activities with plan sponsors and customers • Partner with sales, recordkeeping, and operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless service delivery • Contribute to product development initiatives and process improvement efforts • Independently resolve complex customer service and communication issues • Identify and support plan retention opportunities with sponsors, distribution partners, and TPAs • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 3+ years of experience within the financial services industry • Demonstrated customer service experience and strong client support skills • OMNI experience • Bachelor's degree preferred • SPARK certification or similar industry certification preferred
