📋 Description

• Provide overall technical support for SAP landscapes • Install, upgrade, and maintain SAP systems • Respond to customer inquiries • Provide after-hours on-call support • Implement solutions for performance monitoring and system configuration • Introduce technical changes using best practices • Evaluate and design interfaces between SAP and external systems • Maintain data architectures and process models within SAP • Install and configure required SAP database and application servers • Work with internal and external audit teams to ensure audit requirements are met • Perform daily system security checks

🎯 Requirements

• Mid-Level SAP Basis Administrator • Experience with SAP Rise, including SaaS transformation projects and hybrid cloud environments • Database migration experience from Oracle to HANA • Disaster Recovery • ITIL and ServiceNow familiarity • Scripting, Bash, Powershell • 5–7 years of professional experience providing overall technical support for SAP landscapes • U.S. citizenship status required pursuant to a government contract • Must comply with drug testing at time of hire or at regular or random intervals • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to work independently and value teamwork • Excellent problem-solving skills
