📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day support for Workday business processes and configurations • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, and user inquiries • Manage, prioritize, and resolve support tickets within established service levels • Partner with HR stakeholders to identify root causes and recommend sustainable solutions • Configure and maintain Workday business processes, validations, notifications, calculated fields, and security • Support system enhancements and process improvements • Document requirements and assist with solution design and testing • Participate in Workday biannual release reviews and regression testing • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday reports and dashboards • Perform audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with governance standards • Analyze HR data and provide reporting support for operational and strategic initiatives • Execute functional and user acceptance testing for configurations, enhancements, and integrations • Document test scenarios, results, and recommendations • Develop and maintain process documentation and user guides • Support stakeholder communications and training related to system changes • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, and IT teams • Provide Workday expertise and guidance to business stakeholders • Assist with annual HR processes, including performance cycles, compensation planning, benefits administration, and organizational changes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field • 2-5 years of HRIS experience with Workday • Experience supporting one or more Workday functional areas, such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Performance, Time Tracking, or Reporting • Experience creating and maintaining Workday reports • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience supporting global HR organizations preferred • Experience with Workday security administration preferred • Experience with Workday integrations and EIBs preferred • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other case management platforms preferred • Experience supporting large-scale HR technology initiatives or system implementations preferred
