📋 Description
• Responsible for the coordination and the oversight of strategic initiatives across the enterprise • Works independently to enable senior leaders to execute strategic work • Acts as a central point of contact to coordinate strategic priorities and develop tactics • Assists the leadership team with strategic planning, budget and other resource needs • Develops relationships within direct and extended team members • Provide decision support through data gathering and analysis as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience • Minimum 10 years of functional experience demonstrating competency in several functional areas • Excellent creative analytical and problem - solving skills for complex problems • Proven ability to navigate complex situations through organizational landscape • Demonstrated ability to be a decision-maker showing balanced consideration of business issues • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and analytical skills
