📋 Description
• Perform individual administrative functions for clients including enrollment and billing • Gather and analyze client requirements and recommend solutions • Install and maintain clients in billing system • Support open enrollment by providing member details • Process enrollments and troubleshoot issues • Monitor reports to validate client information
🎯 Requirements
• Two years of experience in customer service and financial skills • Knowledge of COBRA law and administrative practices • Ability to perform detailed work with numerical data • Strong math skills • Experience handling cash or premiums • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Clean credit history
