📋 Description

• Perform complex financial analysis involving company expenses, income, and other business results based on past, present, and future operations • Assist in evaluating information for setting the strategic direction of the enterprise • Research and analyze business and financial information at a corporate level; make recommendations and assist in establishing strategic direction • Research, analyze, and report fluctuations in financial and business results to identify trends and variances • Recommend improvements to company performance and resolve issues • Analyze actual financial results versus budgeted amounts and advise management on potential cost impacts • Recommend corrective action • Assist with company budgets and financial forecasts for business plan development • Monitor and evaluate department expenses and identify trends for cost control • Recommend changes to streamline accounting systems and processes • Prepare reports on the company's income, expenses, earnings, and financial position • Analyze and interpret financial reports and statistics for management • Assist with reviewing and evaluating performance evaluations to provide coaching and feedback • Adapt new developments in financial planning and control to improve financial systems and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business or related field or equivalent experience • Six years of related financial analysis experience • Demonstrated ability to conduct various types of analysis, including cost-benefit and alternative analysis • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in spreadsheet applications and mainframe accounting systems • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail • Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines • Strong business aptitude, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of financial and operational planning processes and best practices • Strong work ethic and flexible work style • Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of job duties • Proven ability to navigate complex situations through the organizational landscape and with multiple stakeholders • Demonstrated decision-making ability with balanced consideration of business issues • Clean credit history as reported by credit report • For remote roles, high engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings • Advanced expertise with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel-based financial modeling • Experience developing labor models, demand forecasts, and capacity planning solutions • Proven ability to lead analytical teams and influence senior leaders through data-driven insights • Experience in healthcare, provider operations, clinical staffing, or telehealth environments preferred • Strong understanding of labor budgeting, compensation modeling, and workforce optimization strategies • Experience implementing scheduling and workforce management technologies • Lean Six Sigma, analytics, or project management certifications are a plus
