📋 Description

• Lead the strategic vision, development, and management of the company's global brand portfolio • Oversee brand teams, manage relationships with licensors and stakeholders • Spearhead strategic initiatives that drive brand awareness and profitability • Develop and oversee the long-term vision and strategy for the company’s brand portfolio • Identify new brand acquisition opportunities and discontinue underperforming brands • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives for market strength • Ensure gross margin, profitability, and sell-through targets are met across all brand lines • Guide the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns • Monitor brand performance and market position through analysis of sales data, trends, and competitor activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience • 10+ years’ experience with clear progression to senior leadership/management roles, leading and motivating, cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve strategic goals • Ability to create forward-thinking brand strategies and innovative campaigns that resonate with the target audience • Skill in using market research, customer insights, and data analytics to drive branding decisions that elevate visibility and grow customer reach • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and content marketing best practices • Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and budgets to ensure effective brand execution within deadlines
