📋 Description

• Responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and directing performance and operational functions • Oversees strategic business unit’s business and strategic plans • Accountable for developing and executing go-to-market strategies within government-sponsored programs • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase membership and revenue • Serve as executive owner for key program and operational capabilities • Define and recommend objectives in each area of responsibility • Review and approve implementation of SBU organizational plans • Maintain industry knowledge and relationships to forecast and respond to the market • Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and business leaders to develop benefit designs • Lead SBU operations and work with cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience • Ten years of experience with clear progression to senior leadership/management roles • Senior leadership experience in government-sponsored managed care environments • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and benefit solutions within regulated healthcare environments • Strong working knowledge of regulatory, audit, and compliance expectations • Clean DMV record • Ability to travel up to 30-40% of the time
