📋 Description

• Own and evolve the project management environment using Smartsheet/Jira • Build and maintain automated scheduling tools, logic, and templates for low-, medium-, and high-complexity builds • Maintain the integrity and lifecycle of Program Requirements Documents and Technical Build Books • Ensure architecture diagrams and SOPs are version-controlled, current, and accurate • Track critical-path milestones across the deployment pipeline to support committed delivery dates • Collaborate with Senior TPMs to convert field experience into standardized global playbooks • Identify deployment-process friction points and refine templates and workflows • Support team governance and process standards at the discretion of business leadership • Maintain the global deployment calendar • Organize critical documentation for leadership review

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in technical operations, deployment coordination, or an infrastructure-adjacent role • Highly comfortable navigating and building within Smartsheet • Working knowledge of Smartsheet formulas and automated workflows • Ability to create clean, data-driven dashboards • Fundamental understanding of how complex physical projects move from planned to live • Exposure to data centers, network infrastructure, or mission-critical builds is a major plus • Strong technical curiosity and ability to understand system logic and improve efficiency • Collaborative, partnership-oriented communication style • Clear and concise documentation skills • Degree in a technical or operations-focused field, or equivalent experience demonstrating ability to handle complex data and fast-moving timelines • Must be located in the United States • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must answer whether employment visa sponsorship is currently or potentially required
