📋 Description

• Organize information for the internal team expeditiously • Interface with vendors to support project timelines • Update expediting reports accurately and track submittals • Proactively identify and avoid risks to project timelines • Monitor, report, and communicate progress for every project order in proprietary software • Request control samples from designers and suppliers for submittal • Assist the Purchasing Manager in resolving challenges after orders are issued • Ensure suppliers provide designers with shop drawings, finish samples, and related materials • Monitor approval processes for submittals and update the submittal matrix • Update specification changes in proprietary Source software • Coordinate project resources, tasks, and timelines • Monitor project budgets and cash flows • Research and evaluate product options • Determine product needs and specifications with internal teams • Develop project plans and ensure timely completion • Support project managers with day-to-day operations and project needs • Monitor and report project progress in proprietary software • Identify and resolve project issues • Ensure quality standards are met • Track and manage inventory by reconciling packing slips and receiving reports to purchase orders • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project completion • Report project status to internal project stakeholders • Drive project closeout by collecting FR certificates, care and cleaning documentation, and warranty information • Alert accounting two months before job completion to begin financial closeout

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, related field, or equivalent work experience • 1+ years of hospitality FF&E or OS&E project coordination or management experience • Strong knowledge of FF&E • Excellent negotiation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Desire and willingness to learn and implement new technologies • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Applicants must be authorized to work in their country of residence • Employment visas for relocation to the United States are not sponsored at this time
