📋 Description

• Assume ownership of projects upon contract award and manage execution through completion • Serve as the primary general contractor contact throughout the project • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, engineers, manufacturers, installers, and internal departments • Lead project coordination calls and status update meetings • Monitor schedules and identify risks, delays, and conflicts • Develop and maintain project documentation and tracking systems • Review contract documents, specifications, drawings, and project requirements • Assemble, review, and submit equipment submittal packages • Coordinate revisions and responses to consultant and customer comments • Review equipment layouts, utility requirements, and installation details • Coordinate equipment procurement, production schedules, lead times, deliveries, and shipping logistics • Resolve vendor-related issues and manage change orders and scope modifications • Coordinate installation schedules and support field teams during installation and commissioning • Address jobsite issues, equipment discrepancies, and scheduling conflicts • Facilitate punch list completion and project closeout • Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability • Review expenditures and assist with change order pricing and documentation • Maintain accurate project records and correspondence • Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions to customers and project stakeholders • Represent Singer Equipment in project meetings and customer interactions • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • 2 years of project management experience • Commercial construction or food service equipment experience preferable • 2 years of experience reading construction drawings and using AutoQuote 360 • Experience managing multiple subcontractors and in-house personnel • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, online database management tools, AutoQuotes, Procore, and other industry-standard applications • Must have a valid driver's license • Strong time management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proactive and detail-oriented • Strong math skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Knowledge of basic business principles to manage project timelines and financial expenses • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively with customers, contractors, consultants, manufacturers, and internal teams
