📋 Description

• Lead and manage construction closeout activities for large-scale data center projects • Oversee and coordinate collection, review, and approval of redlines, as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, and other closeout documentation • Perform field verification audits to validate as-built conditions and documentation accuracy • Conduct QA/QC reviews of project deliverables for completeness, consistency, and compliance • Hold contractors, trade partners, and stakeholders accountable for closeout milestones and documentation requirements • Monitor closeout schedules, identify risks, and drive corrective actions to maintain project timelines • Review technical deliverables using knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and resolve discrepancies • Communicate project status, risks, and action items to internal and external stakeholders • Improve closeout processes and documentation standards to support efficient project turnover
