📋 Description

• Provide daily construction, administrative and technical management of renewable construction projects delivering energy savings for public, institutional, government and commercial customers • Assist the Senior Project Manager with project accounting, budgeting, project schedules, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communications • Ensure compliance with company financial policies, revenue recognition policies and project setup rules • Liaise between the business office and operations • Manage customer service, relationships and contractual obligations with Ameresco customers • Assist with project design and development, including scope, subcontractor selection, cost estimation, installation and scheduling • Monitor project performance and cost estimates through project completion • Review subcontractor and vendor bids to help determine scope, schedule and timely delivery • Manage vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality control and on-time, on-budget delivery • Directly manage assigned construction managers/site supervisors • Maintain and update project schedules, monitor critical path activities and track outstanding items • Provide detailed two-week look schedules for customer coordination and planning • Assist with project expenditures and job cost accounting, including documentation, approvals, payment reporting, forecasting and tracking • Ensure compliance with company, industry, customer and jurisdictional safety standards, practices and codes • Travel as required • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of five years of construction project management experience • Ability to review confidential US security information • Completion or progress toward engineering, technical, or industry-related education preferred • Work experience with energy efficiency disciplines preferred, including direct digital energy controls systems, variable frequency drives, high efficiency motors, central plant chiller and boiler installations, lighting retrofits, renewable energy technology, and warranty and service requirements • Proven experience with OSHA safety standards, mechanical and electrical systems development, engineering, and project management regulations, practices, and codes • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and foster positive business relationships • Strong verbal, written, computer, technical communication and presentation skills • Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Project • Valid driver's license in good standing, issued by resident state
