📋 Description

• Develop customized solutions within Salesforce, primarily using OmniStudio and Flex Pages • Design solutions for grants management, case management, and constituent engagement aligned to federal programs • Develop Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flex Pages, and Lightning Web Components • Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce OOB, LWC, OmniStudio, and Flex Pages • Implement dynamic layouts, data integration, and process automation within OmniStudio • Develop and customize Velocity templates for personalized Salesforce content and communications • Test and debug OmniStudio and Flex Pages solutions • Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and team members on integrations with existing Salesforce environments • Stay current on OmniStudio and Flex Pages features and best practices • Provide training and support to end-users • Optimize implementations as business needs evolve • Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog with stakeholders • Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write and maintain test classes • Integrate and maintain business applications with Salesforce • Architect enterprise data integration and governance strategies • Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise analytics platforms such as Power BI and Tableau • Enable AI-driven capabilities using Salesforce Einstein and GenAI solutions • Support enterprise reporting, search, and performance monitoring initiatives • Serve as technical lead and trusted advisor to federal stakeholders and executives • Translate business, regulatory, and mission requirements into scalable technical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with configuration, customization, and programming with APEX APIs and OmniStudio • Strong experience working with Salesforce APIs • Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce • Ability to solve high-level software and application issues • Proficient with Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle • Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
