📋 Description

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts • Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting reports • Assist in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions • Assist with payroll processing and related reporting • Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation • Assist with tax preparation and related filings • Perform additional accounting duties and projects as assigned • Serve as a go-to resource for accounting matters across teams and business entities

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting experience • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards • Experience with modern accounting/ERP systems required, such as NetSuite, Sage, or QuickBooks Online • NetSuite experience is a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Healthcare industry experience is a plus • Willingness to work Eastern Time Zone business hours • Approximately 10% travel to Northern Ohio offices • Must address whether sponsorship will be required to work in the US
