• Win contracts within a defined geographic territory in the Southeast United States • Serve as a trusted advisor to power generation customers • Manage third-party sales agents representing Unifin products • Submit monthly territory reports covering sales activities, market developments, competitive intelligence, and opportunities • Participate in monthly sales meetings and teleconferences • Attend trade shows, customer events, and industry functions • Visit customer sites for project scoping and equipment inspections • Communicate regularly with the Marketing and Sales Director • Collaborate with Application Engineering and manufacturing to develop customer solutions and resolve concerns • Provide customer support before, during, and after the sales process • Present technical solutions and product value to customer management and field operations • Identify customer challenges through consultative sales practices • Develop and present solutions improving customer performance, reliability, productivity, and operating costs • Follow up on quotations and communicate opportunity status • Follow company safety, travel, reporting, and business conduct requirements • Perform other duties assigned by management
• Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering • Candidates with high mechanical aptitude, substantial experience, and formal postgraduate training related to the technology and power generation customer base may be considered • 6 to 9 years of experience in technical sales, application support, or engineering in the power generation industry • Valid driver's license • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% within a defined geographic territory in the United States • Strong customer relationship management skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to lead programs and projects • Experience with product selection, costing, proposal development, and technical quotations • Experience working for or with electric utilities in the Southern U.S. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams • Knowledge of generator and transformer cooling applications • Understanding of power generation industry processes and operational challenges • Ability to follow company safety, travel, reporting, and business conduct requirements
