📋 Description

• Perform field inspections, system validation, and quality reviews of fire alarm installations • Troubleshoot and support **EST / EST4 fire alarm systems** • Partner with project teams, technicians, customers, and contractors to resolve technical challenges • Ensure installations meet customer expectations, code requirements, and Wachter quality standards • Provide technical guidance and recommendations for continuous improvement • Travel within an assigned region supporting national account locations

🎯 Requirements

• **NICET Fire Alarm Certification preferred** • Hands-on fire alarm installation, service, commissioning, or inspection experience • Strong knowledge of **EST / EST4 systems** (preferred) • Ability to diagnose issues and provide solutions in the field • Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams • Self-driven professional who enjoys ownership and problem-solving • Ability to travel regionally as needed
