β€’ Develop and grow relationships with architects, contractors, distributors, and key decision-makers β€’ Prospect for new business and identify project opportunities within your territory β€’ Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations β€’ Generate quotations and work with internal teams to develop winning proposals β€’ Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve territory sales goals β€’ Represent Wagner at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings β€’ Collaborate with Customer Service, Estimating, Engineering, and Operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience β€’ Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience β€’ 6+ years of outside sales or business development experience β€’ Experience in architectural products, construction, metal fabrication, or building materials preferred β€’ Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts β€’ Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills β€’ Ability to read construction drawings and understand project specifications is a plus β€’ Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a sales territory β€’ Ability to travel up to 25%
