• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience • 5+ years of experience category management or sales within the automotive aftermarket • Demonstrates exceptional business acumen • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across internal teams and external customers • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel • Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in work. • Displays diligence in completing tasks promptly, utilizing effective time management skills.
