📋 Description

• Lead and manage software delivery programs aligned with organizational strategy and business objectives • Define program goals, success metrics, and delivery roadmaps with technology stakeholders • Coordinate cross-project dependencies, risks, timelines, and priorities for cohesive end-to-end delivery • Establish and maintain scalable governance, reporting, and communication frameworks • Drive collaboration and decision-making across engineering, product, design, and business teams • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and blockers by surfacing concerns early and driving resolution plans • Ensure pragmatic use of Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models • Facilitate executive and cross-functional decision-making through insights, reporting, metrics, and recommendations • Champion continuous improvement in delivery practices, tooling, operational processes, and team collaboration • Support resource planning, capacity management, and prioritization across programs and teams • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered • 7+ years of experience in software delivery, program management, or related technology leadership roles • 3+ years of experience managing multiple concurrent software delivery initiatives or programs • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional software programs from initiation through delivery • Demonstrated experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders • Experience operating within enterprise-scale or SaaS technology environments • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and scaling methodologies, including SAFe and LeSS • Solid understanding of modern software engineering and product delivery practices • Strong resource management skills, including forecasting, capacity planning, prioritization, and tradeoff analysis • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across executive, product, and engineering audiences • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including status updates, risk summaries, and decision-support materials • Strong organizational skills and ability to translate ambiguity into structured delivery plans • Experience with modern delivery tooling such as Jira, Linear, and Confluence • Ability to identify, surface, and resolve risks before they become delivery issues • PMP, SAFe, or equivalent program/project management certification preferred • Ability to show ownership, take on challenges, acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes • Courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness in teaming with colleagues and stakeholders
