📋 Description

• Overseeing the convergence of information technology and broadcast engineering technology • Supporting designated Center of Excellences and their Leads and team members • Participating in strategy development with clients and partners • Managing team members, developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures • Evaluating and prioritizing incidents in our ServiceNow ticketing system • Responsible for managing key vendor relationships and collaborating on product development

🎯 Requirements

• A four-year engineering degree (or equivalent work experience in Live Broadcast engineering with 10+ years of experience in a Broadcast environment) • Knowledge and troubleshooting skills in live broadcasting • Understanding of Postproduction technical workflows • Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively and excels in both written and verbal communication
