📋 Description

• Define, build, and visualize core product and business metrics • Design and analyze A/B experiments to measure product-change impact • Adapt data models for new product features, pricing models, and business initiatives • Partner with GTM teams on product-qualified leads, engagement measurement, billing, and revenue analytics • Build and maintain canonical data models as reliable sources of truth • Write production ETL and reverse-ETL pipelines • Develop AI agents to automate data-team workflows • Establish data quality monitoring and reliability standards • Build self-serve analytics tooling • Conduct deep ad-hoc analysis of user behavior, business mechanics, and growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in an analytics-focused data role • Highly fluent in SQL and dbt on a modern warehouse such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift • Experience building dashboards and visualizations with BI tools such as Hex, Looker, Mode, Tableau, or Metabase • Ability to write efficient, scalable queries and consider cost and compute across the data stack • Experience with version control, CI/CD, and testing • Ability to operate autonomously and proactively build solutions • Ability to translate complex analysis into actionable insights • Experience integrating AI into daily workflows • Bonus: Experience with the GCP data stack (GCS, BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc) • Bonus: Production-grade Python experience • Bonus: Experience on a data team at an early-stage startup • Bonus: Familiarity with Warp’s platform
