📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for new dealerships from Kickoff through Go-Live and post-launch stabilization • Serve as the primary point of contact for dealerships throughout deployment • Lead Kickoff calls, gather requirements, and establish timelines and expectations • Manage project plans, dependencies, and integration points using Insightly and Jira • Coordinate Go-Live meetings with dealerships and internal teams • Create and manage group rollout plans • Validate post-launch access, connectivity, and data flow • Document and resolve outstanding issues • Maintain project documentation, readiness checklists, access logs, and issue trackers • Manage multiple dealership deployments simultaneously across various stages • Provide project status updates to dealerships and internal stakeholders • Escalate issues threatening timelines or activation targets • Ensure dealership data, including historical statements, KPIs, DMS access, and OEM credentials, is collected on schedule • Drive projects forward despite OEM, DMS, VPN, or unique dealership environment complexities • Coordinate with Deployment, Implementation, Platform, IT, Development, Warranty Ops, and Accounting teams • Ensure seamless handoffs between Deployment and Implementation teams • Communicate risks, blockers, and readiness concerns • Support other Deployment Project Managers on ongoing projects when needed

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA or equivalent experience • 3+ years in project management, deployment, onboarding, or related operational roles • Experience managing multiple dealership projects or similar customer-facing implementations • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to manage a heavy workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently without direct supervision • Proficiency in Jira, Insightly, Google Workspace, and CRM/ticketing systems • Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail • Automotive industry experience preferred • Warranty operations knowledge preferred • DMS knowledge (CDK, Reynolds, DealerTrack, etc.) preferred • Experience with VPN/MFA connectivity setups preferred • Applicants advancing in the selection process must complete the Culture Index survey for further consideration
