• Set the global events strategy, architecture, governance, portfolio, calendar, standards, and approval processes • Optimize the global events portfolio based on ROI and brand impact • Provide pre-, during-, and post-event guidance, messaging frameworks, content journeys, and follow-up plays • Serve as executive producer and lead project manager for Partner Conference and Sales Kick Off • Own end-to-end event delivery, including scope, timelines, budgets, risk management, and stakeholder communication • Define event themes, agendas, and content tracks with Sales and Marketing leadership • Ensure global consistency in brand, production quality, and attendee experience • Lead development of registration, email, landing page, toolkit, and post-event nurture assets • Coach regional teams on execution discipline, staffing, timelines, and best practices • Define global roadshow strategy and support regional execution across venues, logistics, staffing, and localization • Consolidate and report regional event performance and surface insights and recommendations • Lead selected high-impact regional industry events • Enforce consistent brand expression across owned and sponsored events • Partner with Content and Creative on approved event assets and templates • Deliver Event-in-a-Box kits for field and partner-led execution • Maintain a multi-year view of priority brand-building events • Own the global events playbook, project management standards, tools, operating rhythms, QA, and contingency planning • Enable teams on event execution and lead management • Track event innovation and pilot vendors or technologies • Define event success metrics, standardize reporting and dashboards, ensure data hygiene, and deliver monthly performance rollups • Translate performance insights into scale, optimize, or cut recommendations
• 10+ years in B2B marketing with 6+ years leading field and events programs • Experience managing global or multi-region event portfolios • Channel/Partner marketing expertise and deep understanding of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) market • Proven experience as executive producer and project manager for large internal conferences, multi-city roadshows, technical trainings, and tier-one industry events • Strong command of project management tools, marketing automation and CRM systems such as Marketo and Salesforce • Experience with event/webinar platforms such as Cvent, Go-To-Webinar, and Swoogo • Experience with analytics and dashboarding tools such as Tableau • Demonstrated success in budget ownership, vendor negotiation, and data-driven decision making • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience • International experience focused on the Managed Service Provider (MSP) market • Willingness to travel globally 20–40% based on the event calendar • Ability to influence senior Sales and Marketing leaders • Strategic, results-oriented, disciplined, brand-focused leadership and coaching capabilities
