Our team combines decades of campaign management and digital communications experience to help our clients move the voters they need to win.

📋 Description

• Work on the frontlines of Democratic campaigns and progressive organizations • Create beautiful, ad-length video content • Handle every part of the production process, from asset design to sound design.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced motion graphics / post-production specialists • Strong knowledge of post-production fundamentals (editing, sound editing, color, etc.) • Comfortable designing and working with titles and type • Proficient designer with ability to use typography, color, layout and visual hierarchy • Competency with simple 3D animation and/or VFX (cameras, planar tracking, content replacement, rotoscoping) • Proven ability to produce short-form video content packages (30-second, 15-second, 6-second) • Experience in effective selection and direction of voice actors • Familiarity with needs and expectations of Democratic political clients • Additional skills in audio engineering, color grading, VFX, and/or illustration are preferred.
