📋 Description

• Grow and manage the broker panel, bringing on new brokers and training them to understand and sell Wayflyer's products • Build relationships with existing brokers and become their first point of contact for deals • Review referrals and provide sense checks and indicative offers • Read business financials to identify relevant factors • Own the portfolio end to end and convert referral volume into funded deals • Represent Wayflyer at industry events and in broker networks • Help shape the broker channel as it expands into new regions • Potentially lead a regional broker team or move into wider commercial partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years in business lending, ideally in fintech • At least 2 years working directly with commercial finance brokers • A real broker network to show for it • At least 1 year analysing business financials at a working level • HubSpot experience is a bonus • Commercially sharp and comfortable with numbers • Curiosity about the businesses behind applications • Legal right to work in the United States
