📋 Description

• Oversee enterprise audit activities related to partner continued conformity with Waymo's partner standards • Review partner audits to assess adherence to agreements, legal requirements, and ethical guidelines • Collaborate with partners to address compliance or conformance issues and implement corrective action plans • Follow up on audit findings to ensure implementation of corrective actions and Waymo SME sign-off • Provide guidance to partners on conformance with best practices and regulatory changes • Provide regular updates to leadership about partner remediation performance • Report into the Head of Partner Audit

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Safety, or a related field or equivalent practical experience • 5 years experience in compliance, auditing, or a related role • Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Up to 50% travel required • Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or other similar certifications preferred • Experience in risk management and compliance program development preferred • Experience conducting internal, vendor, and partner audits preferred • Experience in project management preferred
