📋 Description

• Own testing and validation demand and supply plans and processes for the assigned domain • Define objectives, priorities, requirements, and supply needs with key stakeholders • Drive comprehensive planning cycles across planning, product, and execution areas • Build and manage models for forecasting, what-if scenarios, and operational insights • Lead cross-functional initiatives to transform operating models and improve efficiency • Improve planning software and methodologies using planning platforms and spreadsheet-driven models • Ensure accurate forecasting and alignment with corporate financial strategy • Report to the Operations Planning Lead • Attend occasional team offsites and market/site visits as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning end-to-end planning cycles and partnering strategically with stakeholders and leadership • Strong business judgment and communication skills • Ability to distill complex data and analysis into recommendations and positions • Hands-on expertise building models in enterprise planning platforms and spreadsheets • Experience using data tools, including SQL • Track record driving cross-functional strategy, cost reduction, and efficiency optimization • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in planning/supply chain, strategic operations, financial planning, management consulting, or an analytical business function • Preferred: Master's degree, with MBA preferred, in Finance, Economics, Operations Research, or a related discipline • Preferred: 8+ years of strategic execution in high-velocity environments • Preferred: Resource planning and management for staff and/or vehicles • Preferred: Forecasting methodologies and forecast accuracy measurement • Preferred: Experience in highly matrixed organizations • Preferred: Experience using Anaplan for demand and supply planning
