📋 Description

• Assist with drafting, updating, and maintaining company master specifications using Specpoint Software • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to improve document quality and consistency • Perform detailed technical review work • Mentor project teams through high-quality comments • Help strengthen companywide design standards

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in MEP engineering design • Specific experience with large, technical, and complex projects in mission critical and laboratory design • Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications, codes, coordination practices, and QA/QC review processes • Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with internal project teams • Prior experience developing or reviewing master specifications is preferred • Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required
