📋 Description

• Monitor market and macroeconomic news daily and generate high-quality, timely content ideas for young professionals • Manage Vested Interest’s social media presence across short- and long-form video, audio, and written content • Translate newsletter content and develop original material for Wealthfront’s audience • Partner with Lifecycle, Social Media, and Creative teams to distribute content across channels • Evaluate content formats and distribution channels and recommend which to emphasize • Partner with internal teams to measure content impact and develop improvement strategies • Ideate and write engaging, shareable stories for the Vested Interest newsletter and associated distribution channels • Create short- and long-form written and video content and adapt topics for Substack, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms • Collaborate with Social Media, Editorial, Investment Research, Creative, and Compliance teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years experience writing and editing timely and engaging market and macroeconomic stories at top-tier outlets • Experience writing original, timely long-form content is required • Familiarity with investing and personal finance strategies, macroeconomic data, and how overarching financial trends impact young professionals • Storytelling creativity and expertise in translating financial news and data into unique, digestible content • Audio, video, and/or social media experience is required • Bachelor’s degree required
