📋 Description

• Help chart the future vision of Wealthfront Home Lending • Collaborate with product design, user research, product management, engineering, legal, and compliance • Drive content-led initiatives aligned with product and company strategy and roadmap priorities • Understand client behavior and craft content that speaks to clients emotionally and rationally • Partner with the creative brand team to develop and apply brand voice and tone across product experiences • Champion empowering, enlightening, authentic, and journey-appropriate content • Advocate for client needs and proactively identify areas requiring improvement • Define problems, opportunities, and solutions rooted in human psychology, behavior, technology, and business understanding • Shape client experiences in partnership with product management and product design • Navigate complexity, ambiguity, and trade-offs to drive organizational alignment • Lead initiatives and mobilize stakeholders around product improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of content design experience in a consumer software company • Experience building financial technology products is a plus • Portfolio demonstrating clear communication across product screens, notifications, microcopy, emails, FAQs, style guides, and patterns • Ability to manage multiple projects across teams and navigate ambiguity • Ability to tailor effective content approaches within constraints and influence the user experience beyond content • Experience working across disciplines and with stakeholders such as product managers, product designers, and engineers • Ability to define and execute content design strategies for products and features • Understanding of UX design principles and best practices for mobile and web • Strong writing and wordsmithery skills • Deep curiosity and interest in fintech
