📋 Description

• Engage students for enrollment in a program from one of our college and university partners • Recruit qualified applicants with a consultative approach • Make outbound phone calls and send texts and emails to engage prospective students • Conduct initial student interview • Consult with and prepare students to start class • Document all activities related to student interactions in the student database • Exercise discretion within process and follow all compliance guidelines • Follow up with students after enrollment to ensure readiness to start class • Collaborate with partner school staff as it relates to student support

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • 1+ years of customer service or sales experience • General knowledge of the college admissions process • Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with prospective students • Persistence coupled with a passion for education • A proven track record of achieving measurable results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven department • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong ability in vocabulary and grammar • Basic computer and database experience
