📋 Description

• Oversee admissions leaders to effectively manage and execute the enrollment process • Support, strategically plan, and collaborate with partner campuses • Develop, train, and maintain quality staff • Enhance and maintain effective communication and relationships within Full Service Teams • Work closely with partner campuses to ensure enrollment processes serve students and colleges/universities • Make strategic and operational decisions for an efficient, student-focused admissions process • Maintain knowledge of online programs and partner-school policies, procedures, and requirements • Ensure enrollment plans are met or exceeded by supervising and monitoring representatives and individual contributions • Train Admissions Advisors on product knowledge and college programs • Ensure admissions staff follows process and compliance guidelines • Provide quality assurance by listening to phone calls and giving feedback • Handle escalated student or staff concerns • Interview, hire, and train new staff and leaders • Oversee daily admissions-team operations • Provide performance evaluations and handle discipline and termination according to company policy • Provide work direction and problem-solving assistance • Supervise staff, including scheduling, assigning work, reviewing performance, and recommending personnel actions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Experience overseeing leadership roles • 8+ years of admissions, customer service, or sales experience • 2+ years management experience • Leadership experience in education • Military recruitment experience • Experience as a third-party resource • Ability to sit for long periods of time • Availability to support the team in non-traditional hours • Travel requirement: 10%
