📋 Description

• Lead design across the Content and Localization teams on Webflow's Build pillar • Own the Agentic CMS experience end-to-end, from discovery and UX strategy through prototyping, detailed execution, and shipping • Define how enterprise marketing teams author, organize, govern, and publish content across multiple sites and channels • Design surfaces for marketing teams and AI agents querying and composing against structured content • Establish controls, transparency, and trust signals for human and agent experiences • Maintain a coherent experience model across interconnected CMS surfaces • Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape product strategy and delivery • Align on content models, API affordances, and product strategy before implementation • Present work to cross-functional partners and senior leaders • Connect the CMS experience to the broader Webflow platform • Report to the Senior Director of Product Design

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience • 7+ years of product design experience • Portfolio showing recent, substantive work navigating ambiguous problems within complex products • Experience making complex products feel obvious to users • Experience with content systems, multi-user workflows, and/or agentic experiences especially relevant • Systems thinking at scale across interconnected product surfaces • Ability to engage meaningfully with engineers on API design, data modeling, and content architecture • Strong interaction and visual design craft • Fluency in AI-assisted workflows, including prototyping in code and using AI tools • Valid right-to-work authorization depending on country of employment • Successful background check may be required
