📋 Description

• Own the health of the Kanban board across assigned client accounts • Monitor for stalled, misrouted, or aging work before it affects delivery • Identify repetitive operational work suitable for AI tools or agents • Prototype, test, and roll out AI-enabled workflows • Facilitate weekly prioritization meetings and agile ceremonies • Communicate priority changes to Client Success Managers and production teams • Hold the team accountable for committed work and identify delivery blockers • Uphold intake standards so production receives clean, actionable work • Flag delivery and client risks and help address root causes • Collaborate with stakeholders to ideate, define, and document internal processes • Grow into ownership of project delivery, including project plans, client communication regarding revisions and approvals, and risk escalation

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience with project management or task management in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Experience running Kanban or agile workflows and facilitating team meetings • Experience with project management and knowledge base platforms; Teamwork experience and HubSpot knowledge are a plus • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini • Experience building automations or agent-based workflows is a plus • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, particularly Google Sheets • Experience juggling competing priorities with stakeholders • Self-starter with attention to detail and drive to produce consistent, quality work • Superior written and verbal communication skills and highly developed interpersonal skills • High emotional intelligence • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
