📋 Description

• Own the project management and implementation process for GE HealthCare Patient Care Solutions products, including Monitoring Solutions with a digital or IT component • Review sales orders • Plan and document projects • Coordinate resources • Resolve issues • Lead customer implementations throughout the United States • Act as the primary liaison between GE and customer project teams, with onsite support from Service & Sales • Identify GE and customer responsibilities and deliverables defined in sales contracts • Create, maintain, and route formal project implementation timelines • Maintain accurate project milestone dates and project data for business metrics and revenue forecasting • Track and communicate implementation progress through project kick-off, status updates, and project closure • Identify, escalate, and resolve issues affecting customer satisfaction and operational targets • Lead implementation teams during solution go-live • Participate in process improvement initiatives • Flex between United States time zones for customer communications, status meetings, testing sessions, and go-live activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum five years of Project Management experience • Minimum three years of experience leading cross-functional teams • Experience leading technical projects in the Information Technology/Digital space • Experience with large-scale healthcare system implementation projects involving data and application integrations using various healthcare standards (HL7, IHE, etc.) • Ability to communicate technical topics to various audiences, technical and non-technical • Demonstrated experience with large-scale project management where requirements are technical in nature • Ability to meet customer's vendor credentialing requirements • Ability to communicate complex technical issues in a customer-friendly manner • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • No employment visa sponsorship available • Master’s degree or Project Management Certificate preferred • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired • Willingness to travel including overnight stays when necessary • Familiarity with Networking and Systems Management; Net Plus certification is a plus • Strong oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Established project management skills
