📋 Description

• Lead clinical onboarding, training, and competency development for multidisciplinary healthcare teams • Oversee quality assurance, infection prevention, patient safety, and continuous improvement initiatives • Chair the Quality Improvement and Infection Control and Safety Committees • Support regulatory compliance, AAAHC accreditation readiness, and clinical policy development • Provide clinical EHR training, workflow optimization, and new health center implementation support • Coordinate DOT and non-DOT testing education, certifications, and competency requirements • Monitor clinical performance, conduct audits, and identify opportunities for improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license • BSN preferred • Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience with a background in education, quality assurance, or clinical operations • Experience with EHR systems, regulatory compliance, and clinical staff development • DOT urine specimen collector and Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) qualifications, or ability to obtain within 90 days • Quality or infection prevention certification (CPHQ, a-IPC, CIC, or equivalent) preferred, or willingness to obtain an approved credential • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Multi-site ambulatory or primary care experience preferred
