📋 Description

• Develop grading criteria that break clinical answers into discrete, checkable criteria • Evaluate multi-turn clinical dialogues for accuracy, safety, completeness, appropriate hedging, and escalation advice • Annotate clinical reasoning, including considered and rejected differentials • Review outputs for hallucinated findings, dangerous omissions, unsupported certainty, and clinically unsafe advice • Author specialty-specific guidelines, edge cases, and standards of care • Write difficult clinical questions that probe model reasoning limits • Meet stream-specific throughput targets across workstreams • Move between concurrent clinical workstreams based on specialty, availability, interest, and shifting priorities • Perform non-clinical AI system development and evaluation without direct patient care or live-diagnosis responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO with a completed residency in any specialty • Active, unrestricted medical license in your country of practice • 2+ years post-residency clinical experience, practising or previously practising • Comfort writing structured clinical rationale that a non-specialist reviewer can follow • Written and spoken English fluency • Minimum 20 hours per week, with the ability to concentrate hours when a stream is time-boxed • Preferred: Board certification in your specialty • Preferred: U.S. licensure and familiarity with U.S. standards of care and clinical guidelines • Preferred: Primary care, internal medicine, emergency medicine, or hospitalist background • Preferred: Prior clinical annotation, AI evaluation, medical education, or question-writing experience • Preferred: Grading-criteria design, resident assessment, or clinical guideline development experience • Preferred: Published research or sustained technical writing, with a sample linked
