📋 Description

• Define and steward the Alliance’s vision, priorities and multi-year roadmap in alignment with Forum principles and the Digital Healthcare Transformation initiative. • Establish and oversee governance structures, and guide decisions on stakeholder engagement, partnerships, workstreams and outputs in response to evolving trends. • Serve as the senior point of contact for members and partners, ensuring trust, neutrality and value creation. • Oversee the development of high-impact outputs (e.g. reports, frameworks, convenings and pilots), ensuring analytical rigour, relevance and real-world application. • Monitor progress, manage risks and adapt priorities as needed. • Position the Alliance as a credible and trusted global platform, safeguarding the integrity and external narrative of its work. • Shape and steward a sustainable operating model, supporting strategic growth of membership and partnerships across regions. • Oversee funding agreements, budgeting and forecasting, and explore additional resourcing opportunities for long-term continuity. • Lead and develop the Secretariat team, establishing clear operating rhythms and ways of working across stakeholders. • Represent the Alliance in senior-level forums and global events, and support engagement with governments, multilaterals and system leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree, or equivalent experience, in health, health policy, medicine, technology, business or a related field. • 10+ years of professional experience in healthcare, digital health, public policy, consulting or a related domain. • Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, alliances or platforms at regional or global level. • Strong understanding of virtual health, digital health systems and health technology ecosystems. • Proven ability to engage, influence and build trust with senior leaders across government, industry and international organizations. • Experience influencing policy, system reform or large-scale transformation initiatives. • Exposure to international organizations or public-private collaboration environments is strongly preferred.
