📋 Description
• Effectively supervise 6-12 RCIs in assigned market(s). • Participate in periodic performance reviews of RCI team members. • Manage complex organized theft/fraud investigations, including monitoring merchandise for sale at independent shops, flea markets and social media to identify Weis stolen product. • Assist District AP Manager with RCI recruitment, interviewing and hiring. • Responsible for RCI training, managing schedules, reviewing cases and overseeing performance metrics. • Effectively manage and prioritize RCI time and schedules to best meet business needs and theft trends. • Coordinate blitzes with RCI team and host regional RCI conference calls as needed. • Drive self-scan investigations, approve prosecutions and ensure cases are resolved per company guidelines.
🎯 Requirements
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred. • Minimum of 1-year Asset Protection experience performing equal or similar functions to above description. • Ability to direct and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
