📋 Description

• Lead the strategy and execution of physician and executive clinical recruitment initiatives • Partner with senior leaders to attract exceptional clinical talent in competitive markets • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership using market intelligence, sourcing strategies, and talent insights • Build proactive talent pipelines and influence hiring decisions • Own the design, execution, evaluation, and outcomes of recruitment strategies • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for complex roles • Develop relationships with senior leadership and understand departmental hiring needs and job specifications • Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies in response to the competitive landscape • Use multiple recruiting sources to find quality candidates and prospects • Build WelbeHealth’s employment brand across social media, recruitment platforms, markets, and networks • Build and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines • Manage candidate experience from initial contact through interview preparation and final-offer negotiation • Coach and mentor others within the Talent Acquisition team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience • Minimum of five (5) years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with increasing scope and responsibilities • Minimum of two (2) years of physician recruitment experience is required • Experience recruiting medical directors and other clinical leadership positions strongly preferred • Prior experience in an agency environment and in-house recruiting preferred • Success managing senior leadership and hiring manager expectations • Outstanding customer service and strategic partnership skills • Success creating innovative sourcing and pipelining strategies for complex, hard-to-fill roles • Experience building and nurturing continuous talent pipelines for future hiring needs and succession planning • Strong knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, employment branding, talent marketing, networking, offer negotiation, and relationship management • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a vaccine declination form required prior to employment • Must meet required infection control and PPE standards
