• Bachelor's Degree • 5+ years of experience in operations, program or project management • 5+ years of direct people-management experience • Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills • Fluency with CRM and project-management tools
