📋 Description

• Own the planning and execution of onboarding projects for provider network. • Lead the full lifecycle of onboarding through contracting, configurations, testing, and go-live. • Ensure open communication and close coordination between stakeholders. • Manage scope, requirements, schedules, communication plans, risk & mitigation plan. • Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless transitions from sales to operations. • Manage customer relationships throughout the onboarding process. • Actively contribute to the ongoing development of onboarding processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (preferred.) • 3+ years of experience in health system operations or enterprise project management experience. • Proven successful enterprise or large health system portfolio management skills. • Experience leading executive level product, program demonstrations, and presentations. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities. • Effective communication and relationship-building skills. • Familiarity with healthcare software and data analytics tools. • Technical integration experience within the healthcare industry is preferred.
