📋 Description

• Deploy Wellhub’s global Wellbeing Engagement strategy and best practices for the US market • Facilitate regular webinars for launch clients and cross clients • Record on-demand content introducing Wellhub to clients • Localize content • Attend on-site events • Manage the Engagement team’s brand folders and client requests • Work with internal and external stakeholders to enable initiatives and projects • Manage multiple project timelines to ensure timely completion • Advocate for Wellhub to clients, users, and suppliers • Bring clients closer to the Wellhub mission • Inspire and empower others while promoting wellbeing and a supportive work environment

🎯 Requirements

• Client-facing experience • Comfortable facilitating virtual webinars and in-person events • Ability to adapt and localize written materials for French Canadian audiences • Excellent communication and adaptability to dynamic environments • Ability to operate strategically and tactically while ensuring timely completion of tasks • Results-oriented mindset • Proficient skills in AI and Canva • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to collaborate as a team player • Ability to influence and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders • Proactive, can-do attitude • French speaking is a plus
